Over the next eight years, across three large freight organisations, I developed a reputation for exceptional customer service. I was promoted quickly into leadership roles where I created successful teams with the same customer-centric focus.
Customer service isn’t one department, it’s a company-wide philosophy.
Looking for a change of direction, I moved into freight and logistics recruitment for the next two years. Consulting is all about the customer experience – for both clients and candidates. It is also an exercise in developing trust and quickly understanding the DNA of a business in order to find the right people.
